A checklist that walks you through, and asks first.
Most lists tell you what to do and then stand there. This one holds one step at a time, knows what comes next, and can act — start a timer, run a Home scene, write down what you just did, send a signal to something else. It asks before anything it cannot take back.
On your phone. There is no account to make and no server to sign in to, because nothing here needs one. A routine you share travels inside the link itself, which is why a shared link keeps working whether or not anything of ours is still running.
Nothing is collected, measured or sent anywhere. There is no analytics, and the app carries no third-party code at all. The privacy policy says exactly what each permission is for, one at a time.
When PagerDuty, Opsgenie, incident.io or any other app pages you, Routine Run can start your runbook on its own, with the first step on the Lock Screen. How to set that up is one Shortcuts automation and about five minutes.
Routine Run is in testing. It runs on an iPhone with iOS 26.1 or newer, and on the watch that goes with it. Starting a routine automatically from another app's notification needs iOS 27.
